Creating a New Life with Meditation
Meditation has been used by millions for thousands of years, and has proven to be a reliable tool to help create positive internal change.
In this meditation series, meditation will be presented not only as a tool for relaxation, but as a scientific method for inner development that anyone can rely on to become a more peaceful and happier person.
The series is based on the book, ‘The Mirror of Dharma‘ – Dharma means the teachings of enlightened beings, in which the author, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, gives practical advice how we can solve our daily problems of uncontrolled desire, anger and ignorance, and how to make our human life meaningful.
Each class is self-contained and can be attended individually.
No need to wear special clothing. Dress comfortably. We sit on chairs.
Beginners and everyone is welcome.
